Order Delivery

Once your credit / debit card has successfully been charged, you will receive a Confirmation email including your order number and items purchased. This is your order receipt.
When your order is ready for shipping or collection, you will receive a Shipping / Collection Details email, including tracking number and estimated delivery date if order is to be shipped.
Shipping
If you have chosen to have your order shipped to you, we endeavour to process your order for shipping within 5 business days.
All orders are shipped via An Post Registered Post.
Republic of Ireland
Delivery: €6.50 (Free Shipping on orders over €100)
Transit: 1-4 days
European Union
Delivery: €20 (Free Shipping on orders over €500)
Transit: 7-21 days
All Other Regions
If you would like to ship your order to UK or other international addresses, please ring us at +353 56 7721127 or email info@murphyjewellers.ie to facilitate this.
Click & Collect
If you have chosen to collect your order at Murphy Jewellers of Kilkenny, your order should be available within 1 hour of ordering during business hours or by 11am the following business day. Orders must be in by 5pm to collect the same day. Orders taken after 5pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be available for collection during normal business hours on Monday.
Upon collection, please be prepared to present your order confirmation. Your order confirmation is emailed to you after purchase and includes an order number. Confirmation can be displayed on your mobile. Proof of identification and/or address may be asked for.
