Upon collection, please be prepared to present your order confirmation. Your order confirmation is emailed to you after purchase and includes an order number. Confirmation can be displayed on your mobile. Proof of identification and/or address may be asked for.

Your order should be available within 1 hour of ordering during business hours or by 11am the following business day. Orders must be in by 5pm to collect the same day. Orders taken after 5pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be available for collection during normal business hours on Monday.
